    Cornerstone Christian School welcomes applications from parents of children who fully understand and support the school's mission statement, statement of faith, objectives and standards.

    APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

    To apply for admission to Cornerstone Christian School, parents of a prospective student should do the following:

    1. Complete the Student Application, Teacher Recommendation Form, and Release of Records Form

    2. Submit the forms with the Non-Refundable $125 Application Fee to the School Office (Make check or money order payable to Cornerstone Christian School)

    Upon receipt of the application fee and all necessary application forms, a parent interview and screening date for your child will be scheduled. Upon acceptance to the school there will be required Registration documents including your child's Birth Certificate, Emergency Contact & Medical Information, and a signed Parent-Handbook/Code of Conduct/ Computer Policy Signature form.

    In the event CCS has not contacted the parents after the application has been submitted with the required application fee, we request that the applicant give CCS a follow-up call.
